Meet Kristen Mettlen
I am a mom of 5. 2 teenage boys at home, I daughter I heading off to college in the fall and 2 young adult sons. I have been married for 28 years and we live in rural northeastern Colorado.
Prior to becoming an RBT, I worked in many different Positions, but always with kids. I homeschooled my our Children until they reached high school. I found ABA during covid and it has become my passion. 1 am finishing my undergrad in psychology in applied Behavior analysis and am working towards becoming a BCaBA. I Love my career and enjoy helping families come together and discover how ABA can help each of thier individual situations.

Hi my name is Karalee,
I'm a true Colorado native born in Longmont. I have 3 cats; Banjo/ Maine coon (14yrs),
Boots/ I adopted as a kitten (12yrs), Tukka/ Maine coon kitten I got this summer (5months).
My favorite season is Summer, I love being outside, gardening and spending time with my family.
My favorite snack is Gold fish and I love Mexican food
Meet Ashley "Nikki" Hastings
Meet Nikki Hastings-Nikki is a compassionate professional with a background in operations, education, and community care. She’s known for being calm under pressure, great with people, and endlessly curious. With experience spanning everything from managing teams to supporting families and coordinating complex systems, Nikki brings heart and structure to everything she does. She's passionate about creating spaces where people feel seen, supported, and empowered. Meet Erin Morales-My name is Erin Morales, and I am a native of Colorado. I am married and have two children, a 16-year-old and a 7-year-old, as well as two dogs. I enjoy hiking, kayaking, and swimming. I have been working as an IS Paraprofessional for PSD in the EC Department for two years, and this will be my third year. My passion lies in working with children, particularly in helping them navigate and achieve their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). I’m excited for this new adventure of becoming a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and having the opportunity to improve the quality of others lives.
Meet Erin Morales
My name is Erin Morales, and I am a native of Colorado. I am married and have two children, a
16-year-old and a 7-year-old, as well as two dogs. I enjoy hiking, kayaking, and swimming. I

Meet Mimi Fins
Mimi Fins has an extensive background in Human Resources and Business Operations, with over 30 years of experience. She has held various positions such as Director of Team Member Certified Professional designation (SCP) in Human Resources. She pursued her education at the University of Colorado at Denver, focusing on Operations Management, and later obtained certification in Human Resources Management from Regis College in Denver. Outside of work, Mimi cherishes her family time, including spending time with her husband, three dogs, and three adult sons. She enjoys walking her dogs, going to the local rec center for river walks with her mom and sister, and making time for extended family and friends.
Meet Kendra Miller
Hi my name is Kendra Miller. I am a native to Colorado graduating from the University of Northern Colorado with a degree in Psychology. I have spent the last 10 years as a home-based childcare provider/educator. I have a wonderful husband who I have been married to for 17 years and we love spending time with our 11 year old daughter and 5 year old son. I am excited to start this new journey with Brick House.
